Day 106 - Monday, April 21st, 2025 – At Sea
I stayed in the room. Mary went to 14 for breakfast. She signed us up for playing cards at 11 o’clock. I got bumped out first. She made it to six, I think. We decided to stay and play for the second tournament. Actually, Mary was going to the art auction while I played cards. We needed a player to have the tournament, so Mary stayed and got bumped out. I made it to bubble. There was a guy in the corner who just couldn’t lose.
We came back to the room and rested. We went to dinner. Formal night. We left the room about 6 o’clock. We went to dinner. I had garlic soup and salad. I had beef somethingfor my dinner, which was OK. Not great. Mary had salad, French onion soup, and the manager’s pasta for dinner. We both had a lime sorbet for dessert.
We made it to the show for the first time in a couple of weeks. The guy‘s name was James Owens. He was a Sting (Police) impersonator. He actually did a pretty good job. He was not Sting nor was he the Police, but he did a pretty good job.
After the show, we did three or four more picture stations. We stopped and had an Easter chocolate drink while Mary went into the jewelry store for the nightly raffle. She also re-entered us into the nightly Latto. We did not win the 4 o’clock. Maybe the 11 o’clock will catch.
We came back to the room and got ready for bed.
